Everyone deserves to feel energised and vitalised, but so many of us get stuck in negative patterns, mental and physical, that prevent us from living fully.
I know this first hand when a high flying career in fund management left me feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Working on my physical and mental health through yoga and coaching gave me the confidence to completely redesign my life.
Leaving London behind, I undertook my Yoga teacher training in Bali with Louisa Sear and YogaArts. Fuelled by a desire to help others I completed a Postgraduate in Counselling Studies at Edinburgh University and trained as a Coach with Coaching Direct.
I began to coach people who felt anxious about work, finances and relationships and volunteered for youth charity Positive Realities, using coaching and positive psychology to help young people transition into adulthood. I shared my passion of yoga with others, teaching in studios across the city and at several offices. Coaching and yoga made a huge positive impact on my life, and it brings me such joy to share these tools with others.
Now based in London you can find me teaching yoga in Central and North London, coaching face to face and via Skype, volunteering for Youth at Risk and chasing my dog round Regents Park.
