What is Let Go and Grow? 

By combining yoga and coaching, it allows us to work with the physical body to release tension, really arrive into the session in body and mind and become present and aware. This creates the perfect setting for coaching, where we can be fully connected to ourselves. 

The sessions run for two hours, allowing an hours hatha yoga practice leading into a full hour of coaching. Using coaching tools we will get you clear on what your personal goals are, what is holding you back and how to overcome these obstacles, then set actions and use accountability to ensure you are moving forwards.

What are the benefits? 

The course will allow you to identify and let go of things holding you back, become clear on your personal goals and move you forward towards achieving them. It is designed for those who are seeking change or improvement in any aspect of their lives. Each session will be themed and using yoga and coaching tools and accountability you will leave feeling more relaxed, focused and confident.

What do I need to bring?

All materials provided. If you prefer to use your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

I'm new to yoga and I haven't done any coaching before, can I come?

Absolutely, all levels of yoga practitioners are welcome including beginners. No experience is needed for coaching.
