One in four people in the UK are currently suffering from some form of mental health problem, with anxiety and stress the most prevalent.

We all deserve to feel energised and vitalised but so many of us get stuck in negative patterns, mental and physical that prevent us from living fully. Feeling great, inside and out gives us energy to enjoy life the way it should be.

I help people who feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed and feel they have lost their zest for life. They come to me looking for focus and to get back on track.

I work with clients to improve their mental and physical wellbeing by facilitating behavioural change. I guide them to connect with their inner self, encourage them to identify areas for growth, and support and challenge them to transform goals into actions.
