I believe the goal of yoga is not to do a handstand; that quietening the mind is the most advanced pose in yoga. Let me guide you through my unique class, specifically designed to open the body and destress a busy mind, leaving you feeling relaxed, stronger and calmer. 

Blending breath work, hatha, vinyasa, yin and nidra yoga into one class you will stretch and strengthen the physical body then still and calm the mind. My classes are suitable for all ages and levels including beginners.
